The Odyssey

The Odyssey is a 10-day motorcycle expedition from Cape Town through the Cederberg, Tankwa Karoo, Swartberg Pass, Gamkaskloof, Baviaanskloof, and back via the Overberg. A fully supported gravel-focused journey through South Africa’s most remote and iconic riding regions.

The route flows from mountain passes and desert plains into vast Karoo landscapes, then into technical wilderness riding before returning through scenic farm roads and coastal mountain connectors. It combines challenging terrain, remote locations, and carefully selected stays into one continuous off-road adventure.
